Each comparison starts with the work the buyer needs to complete:
- Lead, estimate, proposal, job, invoice, payment, and follow-up flow.
- Scheduling, dispatch, field communication, and office coordination.

- Team size, implementation workload, integrations, and data ownership.
- Pricing visibility, included users, add-ons, onboarding, and contract terms.
Recommendations are conditional. A tool can be the best fit for one workflow and the wrong fit for another. Our comparison tables therefore include both suitable and unsuitable use cases.
Pricing Rules
